2002 Renewal Project at Bulli Community Health Centre
Bulli Community Health Centre received money from Avon Cosmetics to conduct a retreat and creative workshops for women recovering from domestic violence. I was the Facilitator of the writing workshops at the 2 day retreat. After that the group met with me for five weeks and they wrote a booklet of inspirational tales that could be used as a resource for other women seeking to leave a violent relationship. I was the editor of the writings.  A booklet of the writings was produced.
‘Renewal’ is an inspirational booklet written by women who have lived through and come out of domestic violence. The focus of the writing is on new life, hope and renewal.
