Director Eric Pagett was born and raised in Wollongong and originates from the Wodi Wodi tribe. He is the second child of eight children. Rick is in his fifth year of service with the IAC and believes that the directors of the IAC are all actively and heavily involved in the Illawarra Aboriginal Community. He believes the IAC board are strong, committed and willing to be part of the decision making process. Rick envisions the IAC will move forward into the future in growth and enterprise development for the benefit of the local Aboriginal Community. He has recently completed Certificate IV Business Governance, Indigenous Organisational Training at the Illawarra Institute of TAFE.
