Colleen McLelland
Director Colleen McLelland was born in Wellington NSW. She grew up in various towns in NSW, but spent the majority of her youth in Pennant Hills. Colleen is of Wiradjuri descent, has two sisters, five brothers and six grandchildren. She has been with the IAC for eleven years. Over the next five years she hopes to personally develop a better understanding of the Illawarra community and share this understanding with the IAC. Colleen hopes to learn more about the Wollongong community at large, and through this, broaden her own and others understanding of Indigenous Cultures. She has completed Certificate IV in Governance, Indigenous organisational Training as well as a Diploma in Welfare (Workplace) at the Illawarra Institute of TAFE.
